I flew over to New York on the 27th to attend the opening reception at the Agora Gallery in Chelsea, not knowing what to expect from the gallery or the evening. The communication with the gallery since winning the spot in the exhibition had been great and I certainly was not dissapointed
The gallery is ideally situated in New Yorks art area in Chelsea, it seemed vibrant and full of life as I approached it.
My prints were situated at the back of the gallery but alongside other photographs many of which were also black and white so the small room worked really well
The evening was really busy with a lot of invited guests and also people who had come in from the street. It was great to mix and talk about my photography with people from all over the world, many were from Europe.
The exhibition is on until the 8th of september
